The Rodautors Association has a team of volunteers organized by work committees who collaborate without financial remuneration in order to make the project grow and with the aim of ensuring compliance with the social objectives of the association.

Each committee is organized autonomously while being interrelated with the rest of the teams and has a person in charge of coordination, who is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association. The supervision of each committee is Alba García’s job, who is currently the hired worker for the management of Rodautors.

Volunteering at Rodautors involves a commitment of monthly hours agreed in advance with the volunteers, who are the first to receive all the information about the Association and its advantages, since they are the ones who work at first line to make Rodautors possible.
